Fall brings fresh energy—and so does our team! We’re thrilled to welcome more than 50 new agents this month, each bringing unique expertise to help homebuyers and sellers nationwide. Join me in welcoming these talented new agents as they begin this exciting journey with Redfin!

We’re excited to welcome Anthony Sumbry to our Los Angeles office. With 24 years of experience in Southern California real estate, Anthony has worked with some of the industry’s largest brokerages, including Century 21, RE/MAX, Keller Williams, and eXp. He’s eager to join Redfin and be at the forefront of real estate technology.

“I wanted to align myself with a company that shares my values—as well as my passion for technology—to accelerate my business,” Anthony said. “Redfin’s tech stack has already turbocharged the way I work. It lets me serve my clients more efficiently and focus on the parts of the transaction where I bring the most value: helping them navigate the next stage of their housing journey.

Jami Rankin joins our Maryland office with 33 years of real estate experience and $560M in closed sales. She originally came to D.C. to work on the Hill, a short-lived dream because it wasn’t her true passion. She discovered her love of real estate working at a new homes subdivision and quickly moved to working as an assistant for a top producing team in Chevy Chase, DC.

“In my career, I’ve worked independently, on small teams and on large teams. I’ve never had this much support or such an easy system to use,” Jami said. “With the market in transition, buyers and sellers are adjusting, and Redfin gives me the tools to help my clients adapt, have successful outcomes, and make the most of every opportunity.”

Jami and Anthony are two of nearly 1,350 agents who have joined Redfin since we rolled out Redfin Next, our game-changing agent pay plan. All Redfin agents get the best of both worlds: big commission splits and customer introductions, technology, marketing, support, and benefits to build your pipeline. We are fully committed to Redfin Next because we believe it provides all the ingredients you need to take your business to the next level.

We’ve also been building Redfin Teams, which will help you multiply the effects of Redfin Next. This ensures that successful agent teams can smoothly transition to Redfin without skipping a beat. Hundreds of Redfin agents have joined or formed a team since the program began, and we’re accepting new applications every day.

If you’re looking for a new brokerage to call home, or simply want to learn more about what Redfin has to offer, drop me a line – I’d love to chat with you! Whether you want to join independently or as a team, you can check out open positions or join our talent community to stay in the loop on future opportunities.

Once again, welcome to all our new and returning Redfinnians. With your talent and Redfin’s support, there’s no limit to what we can accomplish together!
